How to swap tokens on the CenturionDEX web app#

To swap tokens on the CenturionDEX web app:

  1. Open the CenturionDEX web app and connect your wallet. Then select the first token drop-down.
  2. Search for and select the token you wish to swap. You can browse the token list or search by name or contract address.
  3. Select the second token drop-down.
  4. Search for and select the token you wish to swap for.
  5. Enter the amount you would like to swap or receive, or select Max. The Max option inputs the full balance available for swapping. You may not be able to use the entire balance when swapping a network token, since you need some CTN to pay the network cost.
  6. Select Swap.
  7. Review the swap details, then select Confirm swap.
  8. In your wallet, approve spending for the token you are swapping. This requires a network cost. The first time you swap a token with the Centurion Protocol, you must approve it for trading. For more information, see What is an approval transaction?
  9. In your wallet, sign the message. This step does not require a network cost.
  10. In your wallet, confirm the swap. This step requires a network cost.
  11. Once confirmed, your swap is submitted to the blockchain and shows as pending.
  12. You will see "Swap success" and a green checkmark once the transaction completes.

To view your swap on the Centurion block explorer, select View on Explorer.
