How to change swap deadlines on CenturionDEX#

The swap deadline is how long a swap can stay pending before it reverts. The default is 30 minutes, but you can set it anywhere between one minute and three days.

Adjusting the swap deadline affects your swap in different ways:

  • If the deadline is too short, transactions can fail and you may lose the network cost.
  • If the deadline is too long, you may get an unexpected outcome due to price fluctuations.

How to change the swap deadline in swap settings#

  1. Select the settings icon.
  2. Enter your desired swap deadline in minutes. The maximum is three days (4,320 minutes). Changing the deadline only affects the current swap.
