How to initiate an appeal request#

Last modified: August 10, 2026

If a token has been marked unsupported, or an address has been blocked in the CenturionDEX interface, you can submit an appeal to the Centurion Labs compliance team.

An appeal is for correcting a possible interface restriction error. It is not a request for investment review, token promotion, recovery of lost funds, or reversal of a confirmed transaction.

What it looks like#

You open a token page and see that swaps are unavailable because the token is unsupported. You believe the token was confused with a different contract. Your appeal should include the exact Centurion contract address, the token name and symbol, why you believe the restriction is wrong, and any supporting public information.

Before you appeal#

  1. Confirm the exact wallet address or token contract address on Centurion.
  2. Review the Unsupported Token Policy or Address screening guide, depending on the issue.
  3. Collect transaction hashes, screenshots, dates, and a concise explanation.
  4. Use only an official Centurion Labs channel to submit the appeal.

What to include#

  • Whether the appeal concerns a blocked address or an unsupported token.
  • The address or contract address, copied from a trusted source.
  • The name and symbol of the asset, if relevant.
  • The date you first saw the block or unsupported message.
  • The reason you believe the restriction is incorrect.
  • Any public facts that help the compliance team review the issue.

Centurion Labs reviews appeals on a case-by-case basis. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee removal of a restriction.
