Address screening guide#
How are addresses monitored for illicit activity?#
Centurion Labs uses blockchain-intelligence information from third-party analytics providers. These providers combine on-chain data with real-world investigations to identify potential financial crime and other harmful activity attempting to use the CenturionDEX interface. The intent is to block only wallets owned by or associated with illegal behavior, such as sanctions, terrorism financing, hacked or stolen funds, ransomware, human trafficking, and child sexual abuse material.
Why does CenturionDEX do this?#
Centurion Labs' policy is to prevent people engaged in illegal behavior from using the CenturionDEX interface, while continuing to build products that provide safe, transparent financial infrastructure for users worldwide.
Why was my wallet blocked?#
If your wallet has been blocked in the CenturionDEX interface, it has been flagged with a strong likelihood of being linked to illegal activity.
I believe my wallet was blocked in error. How do I get unblocked?#
Errors are not anticipated to be common, but they are possible. If you believe your wallet was blocked erroneously, contact the Centurion Labs compliance team through an official channel. Note that Centurion Labs does not control third-party analytics providers or their independent risk determinations.
Data and privacy#
Centurion Labs logs addresses that use the CenturionDEX interface. The most definitive sources on data collection are the official Centurion Labs Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
